Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Orange Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 lemon Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced finely
  • 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly cracked
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour the oil, apple cider vinegar, juices and honey in a mason jar or a jar with alid.
  • Add the Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning as well as the finely minced garlic. to the jar A garlic press is great for this as it will mince very finely.
  • Close the lid, and shake theingredients vigorously to incorporate.

Notes

You can choose to mix this in a blender or in a bowl with a whisk but I find a jar with a lid to be the fastest method.
